Meet the Speaker

Jaclyn Peterson is an author, educator, and RYT-500 trauma-sensitive yoga teacher who transforms how people navigate burnout and build resilience. Holding a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, she draws on her diverse professional background in higher education teaching, corporate training, and global aviation customer service to deliver deeply engaging, structured, and compassionate presentations.

Her most profound education, however, has come from her 24-year journey parenting her neurodivergent son. In her forthcoming memoir, "Unlearning with Josiah: How Parenting My Neurodivergent Son Redefined What it Means to Live Well", Jaclyn shares the raw, life-changing lessons learned on this path. Today, she seamlessly blends the insights she's learned both personally and professionally with advanced conceptual and somatic yoga practices.

Whether speaking on stage, leading corporate workshops, or teaching on the mat, Jaclyn empowers parents, professionals, and organizations to regulate their nervous systems and find sustainable peace amidst life's unpredictability.
