Meet the Teacher
Hi, I’m Jaclyn — a Yoga Alliance registered trauma-sensitive 200 hour yoga teacher, domestic violence survivor, and founder of Ascend with Jaclyn. Over the past six years, it has been my mission to create safe, empowering spaces where people can gently reconnect with their bodies, release stored trauma, and rebuild their confidence through mindful movement and breath. As I've walked out my own healing journey, I’ve dedicated my work to supporting individuals and collaborating with therapists, healthcare providers, and various organizations that seek to offer compassionate, evidence-informed trauma-sensitive yoga programs.
